Job Title: Senior Clinical Research Associate I

Fortrea is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate I to join our team. As a Senior Clinical Research Associate I, you will be responsible for site monitoring and site management, ensuring the integrity of clinical studies and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site monitoring visits to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage site relationships and communicate effectively with site staff to ensure smooth study execution.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, and ensure that all data is properly documented and stored.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective study execution.
  • Develop and implement site management plans to ensure compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • University or college degree (life science preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution, nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and clinical trial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60-80% overnight.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional experience in a related field (i.e. medical, clinical, pharmaceutical, laboratory, research, data analysis, data management or technical writing).
  • Local project coordination and/or project management experience.
