Key Responsibilities

  • Manage international HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Develop and maintain reports on HR metrics, including payroll, benefits, and compliance data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with additional languages (French, Italian, and/or German) being a plus.
