**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Manager, Economy to join our team at Scopely. As a key member of our Monopoly GO game team, you will be responsible for the strategic development and refinement of the in-game economy.

About the Job

As a Lead Product Manager, Economy, you will be responsible for:

  • Architecting and evolving Monopoly GO's economy to establish a balanced and enduring framework.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align the game economy with overall product goals.
  • Crafting and implementing sophisticated economic models to predict player behavior and advise strategic decisions.
  • Designing and implementing economic frameworks for our products, including currency systems, pricing strategies, inflation control, and reward mechanisms.
  • Applying data analytics to gain insights into player behaviors and guiding strategic adjustments to boost retention, improve social interactions, and enhance monetization.
  • Forecasting the impact of economic changes and employing A/B testing and other analytical methods to validate strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • Communicating economic concepts and strategies efficiently to partners at all levels.
  • Leading and mentoring other economy team members to promote a culture of creativity, analytical thinking, and alignment with game development goals.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a product management role, responsible for F2P game economies.
  • Superb proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization, and crafting compelling presentations.
  • A robust educational background in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Exemplified collaborative skills, with experience in collaborating with Product, Design, and LiveOps teams.
  • A deep-seated passion for gaming, with understanding of player motivations and market dynamics.
  • Outstanding skills in SQL, R, Python, and/or other analytics and modeling platforms.
