Key Responsibilities- Requirements Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document product and business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs, UX designs, and technical specifications.
- Analysis and Documentation: Analyze software requirements, define software tasks, and document specifications and requirements.
- Team Management: Manage development teams, prioritize user stories, and backlog items, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with product stakeholders to ensure up-to-date self-help content, gather feedback on software products, and provide detailed technical documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize user stories, and backlog items, and ensure effective use of Agile methodologies.
- Education: Higher education in software engineering, computer science, or a comparable field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience shipping commercial software in a role as BA or product manager, with experience in design, coding, debugging, and teamwork and communication leadership.
- Skills: Knowledge of Azure DevOps, experience with Atlassian Confluence, and development skills such as backend and front-end frameworks (Spring, TypeScript, React JS).
- Development Skills: Experience with healthcare software, knowledge in FHIR standards, and professional fluency in English.
- Personal Attributes: Keen to create world-class healthcare solutions, thorough and attention to details, interest and ability to understand the full software stack, and humble when it comes to understanding customer requirements.
