About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at Ecf Data, LLC. As a key member of our Data Team, you will play a critical role in designing and overseeing the creation of automated data pipelines, implementing best practices for data analytics, and supervising data model solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Data Pipelines: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable, robust, and secure data pipelines that meet business requirements.
  • Implement Data Analytics Best Practices: Work with data analysts and stakeholders to determine data requirements and implement design concepts to support data product self-service solutions.
  • Supervise Data Model Solutions: Provide governance and best practices for data structures, data integrity, and querying to ensure high-quality data solutions.
  • Collaborate with Data Management Team: Work with the Data Management team to implement and manage data strategies that optimize metadata, lineage, and quality standards in building FAIR data products.
  • Develop and Maintain Reusable Datasets: Create, design, and maintain reusable datasets for AI projects and provide data services and products for internal and external consumption.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in data engineering, business analysis, and data management.
  • Skills: Proven ability to design, articulate, and deliver complex, large-scale data solutions; experience with ELT processes, Python, and SQL queries; ability to understand and develop data structures, data integrity, and querying.
