Our MissionWe're looking for talented individuals to join our team of experts in engineering, product management, and data analysis. As a VP of Engineering, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our tech operations and driving innovation in the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and manage large engineering teams, including managers, developers, DevOps specialists, QA, and other technical staff.
- Project Delivery: Develop and implement delivery strategies to speed up development and release processes, ensuring timely product delivery and high-quality results.
- Leadership and Motivation: Develop and maintain a strong team of technical leaders and managers, capable of independently managing and delivering tasks.
- Financial Management: Effectively manage the engineering budget, allocate resources to maximize team productivity, and optimize costs without sacrificing product quality or delivery speed.
- Process Automation and DevOps: Implement and manage CI/CD processes, work with DevOps teams to ensure infrastructure stability and scalability, and develop performance metrics for the team and delivery success.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing large engineering teams, project management, and technical leadership.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other methodologies.
