Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that optimize business processes and enhance functionality
- Analyze business requirements and create workflow-based solution proposals
- Customize Salesforce cloud solutions to ensure seamless integration with other business systems and applications
- Manage external Salesforce developers and consultants to ensure quality standards
- Document knowledge transfer to our knowledge management system
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or business informatics
- Experience with Salesforce technologies, such as Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning Components
- Ability to analyze requirements and create workflow-oriented solution concepts
- Fluent English language skills
- Certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) is desirable
