Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Product Management Director to lead our product development efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving growth through product and leading a team of product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies to accelerate the owner and sitter experience
  • Lead a team of product managers to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product investments
  • Measure and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and market

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on Product management experience in the tech industry
  • 4+ years leading teams of product or technical product managers
  • Experience measuring and driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical abilities
  • Experience working with remote stakeholders and engineering teams
