Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant/Wholesale Specialist to join our team at Bella Hats S.L. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for learning, and a desire to create a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and direct customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Answer customer inquiries about specific products and services.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers.
- Ensure racks are fully stocked and packaging is ready before customers arrive.
- Manage returns of merchandise in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and services.
- Develop skills continuously.
- Fluent Spanish and good English language skills are essential.
- Understanding of the retail sales process and consumer behavior principles.
- Familiarity with inventory stocking procedures and cash desk operations.
- Solid math skills and ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
