About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Project Design Electrical Engineer in Fleet Remediation Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading design projects in operational data centers, remediating issues, upgrading existing infrastructure, and adding new services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the design for existing data center upgrades and design solutions that add data center infrastructure, capacity, improve availability, and increase sustainability.
  • Work on concurrent projects, sometimes in multiple geographical regions.
  • Support construction, commissioning, and turnover.
  • Be detail and data oriented with familiarity with design/construction processes.
  • Build trust and relationships with different stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Commissioning, Construction and Design).
About the Team

The Fleet Remediation Team is a multidisciplinary engineering team that delivers engineering design support to operational AWS data centers. We ensure safety, availability, and resilience of data center infrastructure.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ cumulative years of design experience with industrial or commercial engineering in Mission Critical facilities.
