Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all Supply Chain operations associated with planning modifications, supplier adjustments, or technical alterations that significantly influence supplier capacity, logistics processes, or data management.

Specifically, you will be tasked with coordinating Supply Chain activities throughout the project lifecycle, from design to execution, while representing the Supply Chain function within the Project Core Team. You will also drive essential activities with the project team to ensure compliance with supplier delivery conditions, logistics processes, stock policies, and data management systems, all while achieving the logistics QCD objectives established during the tender phase.

Key Responsibilities

During the tender phase: “Design Supply Chain Network & Commit Costs”

  • Develop Supply Chain processes aligned with Tender team requirements.
  • Commit to Supply Chain direct costs (including direct hours and packaging costs).

During project ramp-up: “Ensure Ramp-Up”

  • Establish and synchronize Supply Chain processes with industrial requirements.
  • Drive critical activities to ensure compliance with supplier delivery conditions, logistics processes, stock policies, and system management, while meeting logistics QCD objectives.
  • Manage specific vendor conditions.
  • Identify suppliers at risk of capacity issues prior to business awards.
  • Ensure business awards are conducted with logistics specifications, including a TCO approach.
  • Facilitate the gate review related to Supply Chain (DFQ).

During the project lifecycle: “Change Management & Crisis Management”

  • Assist in preparing for P&FM and MPS meetings.
  • Coordinate Supply Chain activities concerning planning changes, supplier modifications, or technical adjustments with significant impacts on supplier capacity or logistics processes.
  • Provide timelines for modifications to prevent excess inventory.
  • Support the Supply Chain organization in addressing critical delivery issues with suppliers.
  • Manage material availability and anticipate shortages.

During project closure: “Secure Closure”

  • Coordinate all Supply Chain activities to ensure a smooth end of production while minimizing costs and obsolete inventory.

Candidate Profile

We prioritize passion and attitude over extensive experience. While we do not expect you to possess every skill, the following qualifications will enhance your success in this role:

  • Graduation from an engineering school with a focus on Extended Supply Chain.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Experience in Supply Chain and Project management.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (including articles configuration and order management).
  • Fluency in English, capable of engaging in daily communication, reading, and writing.
