About the Role

Kenvue is seeking a talented Brand Manager Junior Naturals to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio, communication strategy, and digital acceleration for our Naturals brands in Southern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and market share for our Naturals brands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution of key initiatives.
  • Lead local communications and participate in media planning to ensure efficient investment of media/comms budget.
  • Engage with agencies to develop and adapt assets, and activate the integrated marketing communication strategy.
  • Partner with e-commerce, pharmacy, and professional teams to accelerate brand growth within these channels.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style.
  • Sharp analytical skills and ability to work as a self-directed decision-maker.
  • Ability to manage complexity and perform effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Strategic thinking with drive for action.
  • Proactive and results-driven.
  • Commercial understanding of PL and financials.
  • English proficiency is mandatory; other languages such as Spanish, Italian, or French are considered a plus.
