Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients, building relationships with candidates, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks
  • Building relationships with candidates and clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Updating data in our internal system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Presenting candidates to clients, booking interviews, and following up on the recruitment process
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve business objectives and drive growth
Requirements
  • High level of English proficiency, as well as fluency in one of the following languages: Dutch or German
  • Availability to work 3-6 months in a full-time internship position
  • Self-driven and able to work efficiently both independently and in teams
  • Driven to hunt and search for talented candidates that match client needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Target-driven and able to work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs
  • Passionate about work and have a positive mindset and drive
  • Must be able to work from our office in Malaga, Spain during the internship
