About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and communicative individual to join our in-house strategy department. As a Strategy Associate, you will be responsible for analyzing business issues, designing fact-based analyses, and creating actionable insights. Your strong analytical skills, combined with excellent communication and people skills, will enable you to work effectively with colleagues across functions and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business issues and break them down into structured questions
  • Design and implement fact-based analyses to answer these questions
  • Collect, sanitize, and harmonize data from multiple sources, using tools like PowerBI to create dashboards
  • Work closely with colleagues to track progress, report to stakeholders, and identify issues
  • Assess business issues and prioritize problem-solving efforts
  • Create well-structured presentations on strategy and key initiatives
  • Contribute to identifying critical factors in the competitive landscape
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial metrics
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Team player attitude with experience working in a matrixed, international environment
  • Fluent in English, with other languages valued
