Main Responsibilities

As a key member of the NOVARES team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient preparation, loading, receipt, shipment, handling, and storage of products in compliance with established standards.

Key Tasks
  • Manage the preparation and loading of shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to loading plans.
  • Conduct quality checks on loaded packages and detect potential issues for prompt resolution.
  • Verify the quantity and quality of received goods, managing associated documents and reporting discrepancies.
  • Guarantee the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and reporting anomalies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Update and maintain accurate inventory records, identifying and addressing stock discrepancies.
  • Support internal handling operations at production sites, supplying production stations and removing products as instructed.
  • Manage end-product stock entry operations, recording entries and storing products according to established procedures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on material handling and quality control. Proficiency in operating packaging equipment and monitoring raw materials or products is essential.
