Native iOS Application Engineer

We are seeking a skilled iOS Mobile Software Developer focused on native application development to become a part of our dynamic team.

Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our PIX4Dcatch mobile application, utilizing augmented reality to capture images for conversion into 3D models through our advanced photogrammetry technology.

This position offers the chance to collaborate with a diverse team dedicated to crafting innovative solutions for 3D modeling, leveraging cutting-edge mobile technologies. You will work closely with product managers, seasoned software developers, and subject matter experts to guarantee the highest quality of product delivery.

You are committed to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code, ensuring that customer satisfaction is integral to your definition of success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new functionalities for the mobile application
  • Refactor, maintain, and enhance the existing codebase
  • Participate in daily code reviews and advocate for best software engineering practices
  • Actively engage in the agile processes of the team and organization
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement solutions across the Pix4D ecosystem

Qualifications

  • Expertise in mobile application development with a strong emphasis on code quality, simplicity, maintainability, and automated testing
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in iOS development using Swift
  • Familiarity with C++ and Objective C is preferred
  • Experience in 3D rendering and augmented reality is advantageous
  • Proficient in REST API and reactive programming
  • Knowledge of Bluetooth and hardware interaction is a plus
  • Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of user experience and usability principles
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Adaptable and open-minded, thriving in a rapidly evolving technology environment
