Your mission:

You will oversee the accounting processes, as well as the analysis and reporting, ensuring compliance with US and local GAAP accounting standards, alongside PepsiCo's policies and guidelines. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining accuracy and transparency in all financial information. Additionally, you will manage the preparation of corporate reporting and other reporting obligations from the regional and European sector reporting teams.

Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities include:

Performing monthly calculations for Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) in collaboration with the Supply Chain team. Generating and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis, including Volume, Cost Cause of Change, and Mix Effect. Conducting comparative analysis of various Profit & Loss statements against previous periods or forecasts, identifying key drivers for any discrepancies. Leading Balance Sheet reviews, managing reconciliation processes, and identifying potential risks and opportunities. Analyzing Operating Cash Flow. Assisting auditors during review processes by providing comprehensive transaction clarifications and necessary documentation, as well as preparing local statutory accounts. Managing Key Controls related to Financial Reporting and inventory processes, ensuring the completeness of these controls. Supporting compliance with local legal and tax obligations. Qualifications

What you will need to thrive:

A background in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting/Finance. Proficiency in both Spanish and English. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel. Excellent analytical abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy in reporting. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and manage time effectively while working collaboratively in a team.
