About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machinist CNC Specialist to join our team at Flowserve. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Machine Operation: Operate CNC machines and other precision equipment to produce high-quality parts and instruments.
  2. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure that parts and instruments meet specifications and standards.
  4. Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  5. Health and Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  6. Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  1. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or repair environment operating CNC machines and other precision equipment.
  3. Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, and metal properties; ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances.
