Turkish Content Specialist, Amazon Prime Video

We are seeking a highly skilled Turkish Language Content Specialist to join our team at Amazon Prime Video. As a key member of our Global Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Apply your expertise in Turkish language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
- Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Our Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across the organization to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, ensuring timely and defect-free content publishing to our global audience. We strive to deliver a device-agnostic, defect-free, and engaging experience for our customers.
Requirements- Fluency in Turkish language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
- Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
- Experience in post-production or quality management domain.
