We are a retail company seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Assist customers with their queries and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop, including restocking inventory and processing transactions
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive store culture
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers

**Requirements**

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience with point of sale systems and inventory management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Previous retail experience is highly desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent
