We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting & Control Business Partner to join our team at Timup Select Wisely, a leading manufacturer and marketer of branded processed consumer foods. As a key member of our Global Accounting Organization, you will work closely with our supply chain functions and finance organizations to maintain accurate external financial statements in compliance with US GAAP requirements.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of our complex supply chain and market presence. You will provide accounting expertise and business partnership across our Europe and Australia supply chain, including manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, sourcing, capital, fixed assets, and leases.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the accuracy of financial results and functional excellence throughout the organization.
  2. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and current financial legislation for financial statements.
  3. Support our supply chain financial reporting processes and provide strategic project support under the supervision of the Corporate & Supply Chain Sr. Accounting Manager.
  4. Manage the timely reporting of all monthly financial information, with a focus on plant entities, and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
  5. Review and monitor high-risk balance sheet account reconciliations as defined by operational accounting policy in the supply chain workstream.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  2. Big four public accounting firm experience.
  3. 7 years of experience in Management & Accounting with relevant experience in supply chain accounting.
  4. Results-oriented, proactive, and agile.
  5. Process and process improvement driven mindset.
  6. Ability to build trusting relationships and effectively communicate across the organization.
  7. Strong SAP knowledge and ability to understand and analyze data from systems.
  8. English proficiency required; French will be a plus.
  9. Certified Public Accountant degree of any jurisdiction with IFRS expertise.
