As an Accounting Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Engaging directly with clients to ensure the timely provision of services
- Overseeing and reviewing financial reporting, analytical accounting, treasury forecasts, and other requested client information
- Leading and managing team operations to guarantee efficient service delivery
- Providing training and mentorship to team members
- Coordinating resources to effectively meet client needs
- Participating in the recruitment process and making strategic hiring decisions
- Monitoring team performance and project profitability
- Contributing to the development of business strategies
- Acting as the primary liaison between the Center of Excellence and partners and colleagues
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, economics, or a related discipline
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and taxation
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision) and advanced Excel skills
- Fluency in French and a strong command of English
- Exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to adhere to strict reporting deadlines
