About the Role:

As an Implementation and Training Manager at Datamaran, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring new customers are onboarded to our platform efficiently and effectively. You will support their ongoing needs by providing comprehensive training and guidance, empowering them to leverage our platform to meet their ESG governance and materiality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and timely adoption of the Datamaran platform, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  2. Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver tailored training programs to up-skill customers on how to effectively use the platform for their ESG governance and materiality requirements.
  3. Project Management: Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  4. Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing their queries and helping them maximize the value of the Datamaran platform.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to align customer needs with platform capabilities and to continuously improve our onboarding and training processes.
  6. Feedback and Improvement: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and enhance the overall customer experience.
  7. Documentation and Knowledge Management: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including training materials, user guides, and FAQs.
