Clinical Research Associate

About the Role

IQVIA Spain is seeking a talented and motivated team member to join our Sponsor dedicated team as a junior Clinical Research Associate. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in a wide variety of therapeutic areas and build a strong career within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
  • Support the development of a subject recruitment plan
  • Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolutions
  • Collaborate with experts at study sites and with client representatives

Requirements

  • University degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare
  • Experience in the Pharma Industry and/or Clinical Trials environment
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
  • Excellent command of Spanish and English language
  • Organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Driver's license class B
