About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Kimpton Vividora. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in the planning, organization, and execution of various marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies to increase hotel visibility and occupancy.
  • Coordinate Projects with Digital Marketing Agencies: Work with external agencies to coordinate projects related to SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Collaborate with Operational and Sales Teams: Partner with the operational and sales teams to create attractive promotions and special packages that drive revenue.
  • Analyze Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to optimize future marketing strategies.
  • Maintain Media Relations: Maintain media relations and manage the hotel's external communications to ensure a positive brand image.
  • Participate in Events: Participate in events to promote the Kimpton Vividora brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content, including newsletters, to maintain a strong online presence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Field: A degree in marketing or a related field is required.
  • Previous Marketing Experience: Previous marketing experience, preferably in the hotel or luxury sector, is highly valued.
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and data analysis is essential.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are crucial.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in the local language and English is required, with additional languages being highly valued.
  • Proactive and Creative: A proactive and creative approach, with a passion for the sales and marketing area, is essential.
