We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clienteling Manager to join our team at La Roca Village. As a key member of our Private Client Services team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients, driving sales and revenue growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Private Client strategy to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with high net worth clients, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, and Hospitality teams to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Develop and implement client-centric initiatives to drive loyalty and retention
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize client engagement strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with a focus on high net worth clients
  • Strong network of high net worth clients and relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
