Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Trainee to join our team at our plant in Fuenlabrada. As a member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting daily indicators construction, internal control testing, and action plan implementation. You will also contribute to the reliability and timeliness of group reporting and support the interface between the Controlling team and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and control daily indicators to share with operational management.
• Support reporting of financial indicators.
• Validate overhead for plant requirements.
• Conduct inventory gap analysis and validation.
• Prepare actions for Back on Track and follow up with operational teams.
• Contribute to budget and 5-year business plan processes.
• Develop or implement standard management control tools - in and outside SAP.
• Ensure compliance and internal control testing and improvement action plans.
• Ensure accounting is done based on IFRS/local rules and participate in external audit preparation.

Requirements

• Degree in Control Management, Finance, or Audit from a Top Business School or MBA.
• Knowledge in ERP usage, preferably SAP.
• High proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
• High level of written and oral English.
• Proven high analytical skills.

Working Conditions

Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm; Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Competitive salary + canteen service included.
