Job Summary
- Manage site contract timelines for allocated studies, ensuring timely completion and compliance with contractual terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor negotiation progress and identify potential issues.
- Proactively engage with project management to review project status, contractual status, and scope changes.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and milestones, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to meet business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers and sponsors.
- Provide expert guidance on contract-related matters, including negotiation, interpretation, and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Contract Specialist, with at least 2 years in a Site Contract Manager role in a CRO or Pharmaceutical company.
- Experience in commercial studies and contract management.
- Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
