About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Manager & Technology Consultant to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for driving the transition from Solution Manager 7.1 to Solution Manager 7.2, and further developing and improving the Solution Manager 7.2 platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and manage the transition from Solution Manager 7.1 to Solution Manager 7.2
  • Develop and improve the Solution Manager 7.2 platform
  • Implement new Solution Manager functionalities
  • Keep Solution Manager up to date
  • Interface with the future global ITSM Tool
Requirements
  • At least a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or business informatics
  • 7+ years of work experience in the SAP Solution Manager environment
  • Vast knowledge of Solution Manager 7.2
  • Knowledge of ITSM, CHARM, QGM, Focused Build, Focus Insights, Solution Documentation, and Test Management
  • Ability to customize these functionalities
  • First experience with Cloud ALM
