About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Financial Analyst to join our team at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our Supply Chain and Deliver teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis and Planning
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide insightful analysis and commentary on actual business results, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Supply Chain Finance
  • Partner with the Cluster In-Market Supply Chain organization to provide financial analysis and support.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Effectively partner with Regional Supply Chain BUF and Deliver Finance organizations to provide financial analytics and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience
  • University degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in finance, with a focus on supply chain and commercial organizations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business-oriented finance function.
Technical and Professional Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
