**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product suite and offerings, with a focus on day-to-day tactical and transactional experiences.
  • Manage priorities and focus between new development and support of existing activities, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues in new release development or support of existing releases.
  • Ensure adherence to global and country teams' approaches and standard working procedures.
  • Drive quality and ensure consistent delivery through structured stakeholder contributions.
  • Work with the team to adhere to DevOps ways of working and ensure all tasks are completed.

  • Initiative-taker with a proven record of working independently and collaboratively in a demanding interdisciplinary team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough, with the ability to understand and identify key trends and levers that drive the business.

  • A willingness and eagerness to learn and further develop your career in Product development and support environment.
  • Ability and persistence to find root causes and drive to understand the unknown.
  • Strong ability to apply abstract theory and expertise to solve real-world problems.
  • Hands-on approach with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Self-starter with a proven record of working independently and collaboratively in a demanding interdisciplinary team environment.

**Education**

Bachelor or master's degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
