Unlock Your Potential as a SAP FICO Expert

At Zurich Insurance Company, we're seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a key member of our global SAP FI/CO implementation and maintenance team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our existing SAP installations worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business needs and document requirements to deliver tailored SAP solutions
  • Propose and evaluate solution alternatives to drive business value
  • Customize and unit test SAP applications to ensure seamless integration
  • Provide world-class SAP support to our global clients
  • Detect and resolve complex problems to minimize downtime
  • Implement enhancements and process improvements to drive business efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions
  • Take ownership of SAP client/area support and participate in global implementation projects

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Higher education in informatics and/or economy
  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English (Additional German is a plus)
  • At least 5 years' experience in SAP international implementations with leading customizing positions
  • Proven track record of complete SAP templates rollouts and process harmonization
  • Ability to find defect resolution for any problem identified
  • Effective team player with good communication skills
  • Experience working in international environments with different cultures
  • Ability to influence and work effectively with different levels and hierarchies
