We are seeking a talented Principal Product Manager to drive the success of the EU Global Fleet Program within Amazon Logistics.
As a key member of the EU Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Fleet Planning, Analytics (FPA) team, you will be responsible for leading all product-related initiatives to introduce new processes for long, medium, and short-term planning, including vehicle procurement and supply chain downstream decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop scalable fleet planning models.
- Integrate closely with finance business partners to ensure plans are efficient and meet peak demand.
- Define and own Fleet Demand forecasting accuracy metric.
- Be accountable for timely buy-in from VP and senior stakeholders on significant Fleet CAPEX investment and OPEX decisions.
- Consolidate input from various stakeholders and ensure fleet plans consume the latest assumptions.
- Drive the transition to electrification and integration of MoT into Fleet Requirement Planning.
- Extend process to new business customer organization and countries to be launched over the next years.
The EU Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Fleet Planning, Analytics (FPA) team operates within Global Fleet & Products, responsible for EU AMZL fleet requirement definition, sourcing, short-term deployment scheduling, business intelligence, and analytics support.
