Job Title: Senior Backup Engineer

Grupo Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Backup Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our backup and disaster recovery systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veritas Netbackup, Veeam Backup, Commvault, and other data management solutions.
  • Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues related to backup and disaster recovery.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in backup and disaster recovery.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Veritas Netbackup, Veeam Backup, Commvault, and other data management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of backup and disaster recovery concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
