About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our integration project for a newly acquired flight operations organization. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of people, skills, and service portfolio to create a more sustainable aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the project from inception through phased integrations to successful closure, ensuring seamless progress throughout.
- Lead post-merger business due diligence, ensuring all relevant business colleagues are fully briefed and engaged.
- Manage change effectively, mitigate risks, and deliver results that meet stakeholder expectations.
- Regularly monitor project activities against the plan, taking corrective actions as necessary to stay on track.
- Maintain frequent communication with team members and management stakeholders to ensure continuous understanding and alignment on project progress.
- Socialize and set business objectives to ensure they are well-defined and aligned across the organization.
- Act as a bridge builder to ensure seamless interaction among various teams involved in the project.
- Control and manage the project's financial planning to ensure budgetary compliance.
- Report to and advise project sponsors and Nbsalonspa leadership on progress and any necessary points of escalation.
About Your Skills
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience managing multiple projects and programs of varying sizes, complexities, budgets, and deliverables, preferably within the aviation sector.
