We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for synthesizing concepts into visual language, working closely with our Creative Director to generate ideas and concepts, and presenting and defending designs to peers.
Key Responsibilities- Design logos and various print and digital applications
- Develop style guides
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-end 360-degree campaigns for classical music institutions
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members through online channels
- Deep love, passion, and understanding of classical music
- Solid grasp of design concepts and principles
- Experience in visual branding and design for print and digital media
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Spanish and German a plus
