Customer Success - Cloud Solution Architect

As a Cloud Solution Architect in our Global Customer Success organization, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers achieve their business goals through the strategic use of Microsoft Business Applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Centricity: Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop solutions that drive value from their Microsoft investments.
  • Business Impact: Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to drive consumption and adoption of Microsoft Business Applications.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to customers and internal teams, and stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices.
  • Trusted Advisor: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and provide trusted advice and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or Microsoft Business Applications technologies.
  • Considerable experience in customer-facing roles and as a lead technical solution architect.
  • Fluency in English and German required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Functional or technical certification in one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 apps (expert level).
  • Knowledge of Success by Design methodology or relevant experience working on business value projects as a business value consultant.
