The company is seeking talented and agile experts to join its new team, which will be responsible for deploying digital, e-commerce, and CRM ecosystems across all geographies in Europe and North America.
Job SummaryThe Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving digital marketing efforts, lead acquisition strategies, content creation, CRM management, analytics, media PR, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing content websites, lead digital acquisition, and marketing automation tools.
Key Responsibilities- Digital: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager Europe and Corporate team to drive the development and maintenance of the company's website. Manage the execution of SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic.
- Lead Acquisition Strategy: Work alongside the Marketing Manager Europe to develop and maintain a webinar calendar in coordination with the sales department. Localize lead acquisition campaigns to align with corporate objectives and target audience needs.
- Content: Partner with sales and product teams to produce high-quality content for website and inbound marketing efforts, including blog posts, social media content, interviews, case studies, and newsletters.
- CRM: Localize, adapt, and plan CRM communication campaigns in alignment with corporate objectives. Assist in managing the local communication calendar for newsletters, marketing campaigns, and yearly pipeline.
- Analytics: Monitor marketing and sales funnel metrics to track performance and optimize conversion rates across the buyer journey.
- Media PR and Event: Manage trade shows and client workshops to promote Graitec's image and ensure a strong presence at industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and lead acquisition.
- Proven track record in managing content websites and lead digital acquisition.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Dynamics/Salesforce, Hubspot CRM.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects with varied stakeholders.
- Native German speaker and very good writing skills in English.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
