Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our team at Coty. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting root cause analysis, creating and applying setting standards, and interacting with cross-functional partners to ensure effective implementation of new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses.
  • Create and apply setting standards that ensure the correct interaction between machine and material.
  • Interact with cross-functional partners and Supplier Quality Engineer's to ensure effective implementation of new products.
  • Own change management and validation processes for a designated process.
  • Drive cost savings through improved productivity, material utilization improvements, and by optimizing labor.
  • Develop innovative process equipment solutions to deliver superior consumer-driven product designs.
Requirements
  • B.S. Degree in an Engineering Discipline.
  • 0 to 2 years of working experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of a variety of manufacturing processes, methodologies, and mathematical/engineering methods to solve problems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced Office packages skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Fluency in English and ideally in French, Spanish, or Portuguese.
  • Able to communicate efficiently, good team worker, but also able to work autonomously.
