Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Specialist for Data Management and Landscape Transformation to join our global team. As a key member of our Services Architecture team, you will work on delivering international data transformation projects, focusing on System Landscape Transformation and Transition to S/4 HANA using SAP's Data Management and Landscape Transformation (DMLT) tools and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer business needs and support the design and architecture of solution proposals from the DMLT portfolio.
- Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, leveraging SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
- Lead and facilitate customer workshops and discussions to validate solution designs for customer requirements.
- Architect scalable and robust data migration/conversion solutions adhering to SAP best practices and financial industry standards.
- Support and/or lead the delivery of DMLT projects remotely and onsite in distributed regional and global teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, data engineers, and developers to ensure smooth execution of FI/CO data migration and conversion initiatives and projects.
- Provide deep expertise in SAP FI/CO data migration and conversion tools and technologies, guiding customer teams to make informed decisions.
- Develop and document precise technical specifications, data mapping, and transformation rules, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data migration/conversion processes, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Support internal initiatives to enhance existing or develop new finance-related DMLT services and solutions.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in SAP FI/CO data migration technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent relevant job experience.
- Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4 HANA FI and/or CO, plus experience in at least one additional of the following modules: FI-AA, CO-PA, CO-PS, EC-PCA, FSCM, FI-CA.
- Strong experience with roll out of Company Codes in the context of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
