About the Role
As a User Experience Designer at Publicis Groupe, you will be part of a dedicated team that creates impactful content and specializes in user experience and digital product design. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional user experiences, ensuring that our clients' digital products are designed to engage and delight users across various platforms. You will work closely with Design, Product, Research, Content, and Engineering teams to integrate design seamlessly throughout the product development process.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design into the product development process
• Influence the entire design process (end-to-end) and transform intricate criteria and problems into final solutions using prototyping and testing
• Effectively communicate and document design decisions to foster collaboration and understanding
• Work with design team members and other stakeholders to identify data-informed product opportunities and design solutions that add value to both customers and the business
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system and utilize it in the delivery process for digital products
• Provide and solicit feedback from the broader team to continually improve quality
• Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of various digital products, and our user-centered design approach
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in roles such as UX/UI Designer - Product Designer
• High English level
• Agility of response and teamwork
• Passionate about seeing the impact of design, not just executing tasks
• Experience in creating and delivering features/products in an agile environment
• Interaction design experience, including the use of prototyping tools
