Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary:

Hatch is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth receipt and dispatch of goods, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments, checking for damage and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with transporters and contractors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Ensure receipt of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for hazardous materials.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities and condition.
• Process and document all incoming and outgoing shipments, including generating reports and notifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking and reporting on stock levels and movements.
• Prepare and dispatch goods to the airport, coordinating with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Monitor and control the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
• Generate and distribute cargo manifests and other documentation as required.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) as required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
