About the Role

Feverup is a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, and we're seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns globally at scale.
  • Drive the development of innovative projects for positive brand growth.
  • Set explicit campaign goals, continually assess against benchmarks, and enhance performance by implementing strategies informed by data-driven insights.
  • Leverage data insights to pinpoint impactful influencers, refine campaigns through metric analysis, and ensure efficient resource allocation guided by data-driven decisions.
  • Optimize influencer relationships through streamlined communication, efficient agreement tracking, and global influencer scouting and negotiation.
  • Ensure accurate communication of brand values and philosophy through interactions with influencers globally.

Requirements:

  • Fluent proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish; additional proficiency in French, Portuguese, German, or Italian is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with influencers and agencies.
  • Strong performance and data-driven mindset and business goal-oriented approach.
  • Stay abreast of social media trends and technology to identify and build relationships with best-fit influencers.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration across territories.
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a digital startup.
  • Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
