We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Steward(ess) to join our team as a Head of Department on a 42 Metre private sailing yacht.
The ideal candidate will be confident and capable of fully running the interior in all aspects, including managing the crew and ensuring the highest level of service to our guests.
The yacht will be cruising in the Caribbean Sea, and the successful candidate will be expected to act as a key member of the crew, assisting with mooring lines and fenders, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of yachting experience and will be able to demonstrate a high level of competence in all aspects of interior management.
The position will be a permanent role, and the successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the Captain and other crew members to ensure the smooth operation of the yacht.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the interior of the yacht, including the galley, saloon, and cabins
- Supervise and train junior crew members
- Ensure the highest level of service to our guests
- Assist with mooring lines and fenders
- Act as a key member of the crew, providing exceptional service and support to the Captain and other crew members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of yachting experience
- High level of competence in all aspects of interior management
- Ability to work closely with the Captain and other crew members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
