About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to join our team. As an Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain, industrializing our portfolio, and manufacturing planning. Key responsibilities include:
- Procurement management, involving provider relationships to optimize our supply chain.
- Defining the Bill of Materials with the Engineering team to build the first prototypes of our R&D projects.
- Working with our Supply Chain Manager to develop the strategy of the area.
- Spearheading the industrialization process of our systems.
- Implementing and optimizing production and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and optimize costs.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in industrial organization or equivalent field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar industry.
- Proven hands-on experience in supply chain management.
- Clear vision in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in production planning methodologies and tools, such as ERP systems, capacity planning software, and lean manufacturing principles, to optimize resource utilization and meet production targets.
- Willingness to travel around the world to audit our Supply Chain.
