Logistics Specialist

Ecolab is seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to manage and optimize our warehouse operations in Celrà, Girona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics processes, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize storage capacity.
  • Collaborate with 3PLs to ensure operational procedures are aligned with company standards.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on logistics performance, including customer delivery performance and stock discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a logistics department, preferably with SAP and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with a valid Spanish driver's license.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
