Como Director/a Creativo/a, serás responsable de generar propuestas y conceptos creativos y su ejecución para nuevas campañas on y off.

También liderarás los procesos creativos desde la creación del concepto hasta la ejecución, colaborando con el resto del equipo y clientes.

Además, ayudarás a hacer crecer al equipo creativo, sacando el máximo partido a sus capacidades y logrando un alto nivel de excelencia en todas las iniciativas.

Requisitos:

- Generar propuestas y conceptos creativos y su ejecución para nuevas campañas on y off.

- Liderar los procesos creativos desde la creación del concepto hasta la ejecución, colaborando con el resto del equipo y clientes.

- Ayudar a hacer crecer al equipo creativo, sacando el máximo partido a sus capacidades y logrando un alto nivel de excelencia en todas las iniciativas.

- Ser un auténtico team player para mantener el mejor clima laboral.

Otras cosas pero igual de importantes:

- Trayectoria y experiencia en presentación de las propuestas a clientes.

- Capacidad de gestionar equipos y gestionar flujos de trabajos.

- Se valorará conocimiento en Figma (herramienta protagonista en la agencia).
