Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Stonehenge Manpower. As a Product Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store display, ensuring that products are properly stocked and facing, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Sales Skills: Develop and maintain strong sales skills to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure that store displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Education: Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in retail sales or merchandising is preferred.
• Physical Demands: Must be physically fit and able to lift items assigned to him.

• Competitive Pay: Php645.00 per day.

Working Conditions:

• Shift Schedule: 10 hour shift, 8 hour shift, or flextime.
• Relocation: Must be able to commute or relocate to Ortigas.
