SAP is seeking a highly skilled Technical Principal Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Data Management & Landscape Transformation (DMLT) team, you will be responsible for positioning and delivering DMLT services in Spain, globally, and on internal projects.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Identify customer business needs and design and architect the appropriate solution proposal from the DMLT portfolio and beyond.
- Solution Design: Lead and drive customer opportunities throughout all engagement phases (presales, sales, and delivery) and architect potential solution design.
- Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of DMLT projects remotely and onsite, in distributed regional and global teams.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct feasibility studies and system analyses, supported by SAP DMLT technology and methodology.
- Service Enhancement: Contribute to continuously enhance the DMLT solution design according to changing market requirements and identify potential enhancements, continuously improving our service offering.
- Collaboration: Closely collaborate with people in different roles across the company and establish and maintain trustful relationships with Market Unit colleagues on all levels.
- University degree (Bachelor / Master) or equivalent relevant job experience.
- Minimum 10 years (preferably international) SAP consulting experience in customer engagement role.
- Experience as enterprise architect or advisor to customers helping them build their IT Roadmap leveraging SAP Products and services.
- Strong networking skills and a positive customer-centric work attitude.
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC / S4HANA data model with sound understanding of processes in at least 2 of the application modules: SAP Finance, Controlling, MM, SD, PP, PM.
- Exposure to working with SAP Customers from different industry segments such as Public Sector, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Utilities, Automobile, etc.
- Led a minimum of 2 complex data migration projects to SAP S4HANA.
