About the Role

As a SAP Payroll Consultant, you will be part of the HR & Travel Expenses team at Empresa Reconocida, supporting the management of payroll in SAP. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality support performance in accordance with Service Level Agreements and within the agreed budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll for several countries, including Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, and participate in projects to implement payroll for other countries.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Team Leader to provide support and manage the operational relationship with external near-shore and offshore development and service providers.
  • Ensure prompt interaction with the end-user community to drive team success.
Requirements
  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP Human Resource modules, including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and integration with SAP HCM.
  • Experience with payroll customizing, wage types, features, payroll scheme, and payroll functions.
  • Previous experience in SAP HR consulting and knowledge of Human Resources business processes.
  • Fluency in English and German is a must.
